About AXIS28



Axis28 is a privately-owned building which was specifically designed and built as an alternative to traditional housing options for full-time post-secondary students in Lethbridge.

We are residence-style housing with some distinct differences including queen-size beds in each and every room, a full-size fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen and a combined tub and shower in every bathroom. Students can live and study in comfort year-round in our            air-conditioned apartments. Each apartment has a balcony on which students can set-up their own small patio furniture (no barbecues allowed). We also have five laundry rooms in the building. 

Students can apply to live with the roommates of their choice. If they apply as an individual, we will place them in an apartment. 

Each apartment is fully-furnished and no additional furniture can be moved into the apartments.

AXIS28 is a secure building with a tenant key required to enter the building. We also have video surveillance of all common areas including the parking lot.

And speaking of the parking lot…we have a large parking lot which tenants can use free of charge (no-plug, unassigned parking).

AXIS28 is within walking distance of Lethbridge College and is a short drive from the University of Lethbridge. It is conveniently located close to public transit, shopping and restaurants.

Each floor has laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The machines are app-driven so no change required! 



Each apartment has a balcony. You can bring a small patio set to enjoy this space, but no barbecues are allowed.



Walking distance to Lethbridge College and easy access to public transit, shopping and restaurants.



Lots of room in the building's parking lot. Parking is not assigned and does not have plug-ins. 


Secure Building

Residents require a key to access the building and there is video-monitoring of all common areas.
